The Importance of A Serene Mind (Snoopy's Entry)

Snoopy Meditating

Again... I was caught off-guard by my human... *_*

My humans laughed when they saw this picture. They exclaimed, "Hah!! We caught Snoopy closing her eyes before her nap!"... They did not know, [puny minds], that I was merely having a quick meditation session.

Medidation is important. It helps me focus on my tasks for the day, i.e.

1. Eating
2. Hunting for creatures smaller than I am (flying and non-flying)
3. Running around (I do this alot!!)
4. Commando...
5. Put on a cool look whenever my humans "converse" with me.
6. Conversing with my friends
7. Fighting/Chasing/Give glare to this creature called CAT
8. Performing "tricks". Actually, I'm just flexing my muscles. Humans are so easily entertained...

and finally,

9. My daily inspection of the neighbourhood. Humans call this "Kai Kai".. Don't know what it really means but it makes me want to tilt my head from side-to-side.

**Yawn**... Time for my 100th nap of the day. My humans are concerned that I'm turning into a CAT. I'll get into that subject one day...

Updates...

Wow...

Its been a while since my last update. Anyway, been rather busy lately with so many things going on at a time. Things has been rather hectic at work, with people leaving and joining the organization. Each time, I must spend some time in handing over and briefing staff about their roles, responsibilities and projects that they are involved with.

In the last month, I've decided to get my PS2 (finally) and also a TV. Kekeke... I think a lot of people know that I've been talking about getting a PS2 ever since it came out. However, due to price and economic constraints, I felt that I shouldn't get it. After allocating some $$ for it, I've finally decided to get it. Hmmm... But after spending so much time saving my $$, it was hard to part with it. :P... The miser in me came out...

*Sigh*... In the end, I finally went to a shop and got my PS2 over the Labour Day weekend. It was a time when I was really frustrated with work and I wanted an avenue of escape. I've been advised to not play with it > 2hrs because the new version has some heatsink problems. I figured that I won't be playing that long anyway because, by then, my thumbs would be really sore from the button-mashing action. ^_^

I'm currently enjoying the sports games, not so much the action/arcade or FPS (first person shooters). Probably because I'm a sports fan first and an action gamer second. I picked up God of War a couple of weeks back and it is a fantastic game!! Lots of blood and gore... My type of game.. >:)

Ok.. That's it for now. I'm in the middle of cleaning up my room, got a new shelf to house all my books (and its still not big enough!) and am thinking of getting a new table and chair so that I can watch TV in my room.

Back to green tea and watching Snoopy sleep on the couch.

That darn squirrel (Snoopy's Entry)

I have just been fed by my humans and am full now, thank you. However, I wouldn't mind a bit of cheese or anything tasty that you might be having right now... ;)

Right now, my human is watching some ball been hit between two other humans on the Box Which Makes Sounds and Moving Pictures. Frankly, if it were me, that ball would be much happier with me, taking it elsewhere to be licked, bitten, slobbered and loved all over.

Anyway, the highlight of my day was chasing that darn squirrel. It had the nerve to come into My Area. I was very close to catching it... Always... soooo close... I still smell the squirrel. It is always nearby. I must patrol every night to watch out for cats and other small creatures. Always, my humans must lock me in at night. Every night I have to command them to open up for me to go out. *Sigh*, why don't they understand that if I do not chase these creatures, My Area would be overrun by them??

Snoopy Chase Squirrel

My human has caught this photo of me and the squirrel. Hmmmm... They find it so amusing, to me, its a serious matter. If I do not keep up my vigilence, My Area would be overrun by these creatures. Before my coming, my humans had a lot of problems with Those Flying Things Which Poop All Over. By my hard work, their numbers decrease day by day.

*Yawn*... Time to get on with my scheduled sleep. The humans term it "Doo-doo time"... If I play my cards right, tonight I may get a treat of peanut-butter from The Human Who Plays Golf.. ^_^

Wooof....
