My human came across this piece of news online. Read it! After reading about how those 13 dogs died, it is about time someone/some people step into tell these idiots that this is NOT a proper thing to do. (>___<)
Hopefully, they are able to understand this. My only fear is that the top level management may understand but the downlines, the low level workers at the ground level may not carry out the instructions from management properly. (T__T)

its pretty normal for such cases to happen in MSIA.. and yeah, there's nothing much we can do. not to say dogs, even human beings might get hacked if you walk alone on the street. -_-
we cant do anything if the gov or our wakil rakyat don wan to do anything
